1 Definitions

The following terms, when used throughout this document, shall carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you are 21 or older at the time of registration and will remain of legal age throughout the duration of your account's existence. pg77 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where age cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

2.2 Residency. The Platform is operated for and directed at players residing in Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia to register an account. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law do so entirely at their own risk, and pg77 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from such access.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Indonesia. Persons under guardianship, those declared legally incompetent, or those otherwise restricted from entering contracts are not permitted to register or play.

2.4 Employee Restriction. Current employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of pg77 and its affiliated entities are not eligible to hold a Player Account or participate in promotional offers.

2.5 Single Account. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. If pg77 determines that a Player holds more than one Account — whether registered under the same or different identity details — all duplicate accounts may be suspended and all balances therein forfeited without prior notice.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process. To access the betting and gaming services on pg77, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. This includes, at minimum: full legal name (as it appears on your KTP), date of birth, valid email address, Indonesian mobile number, and a secure password.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout the life of your Account is accurate and up to date. pg77 accepts no liability for losses or complications arising from inaccurate account information, including delays or failed withdrawals resulting from incorrect bank account details.

3.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be treated as authorised by you unless you notify pg77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access.

3.4 Account Suspension. pg77 reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) situations where: false information has been provided; prohibited activity is suspected; a regulatory or legal obligation requires it; or a chargeback has been initiated against a pg77 transaction.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 Mandatory Verification. All Players are required to complete identity verification before any withdrawal request is processed. pg77 may also request verification at any earlier point — for example, upon registration, following a large deposit, or where suspicious activity is detected.

4.2 Required Documents. Standard KYC documentation for Indonesian players includes:

• A clear, valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) showing full name, date of birth, and photograph;
• A selfie photograph of the Player holding the KTP;
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of the registered bank account or e-wallet showing the account holder's name matching the KTP).

4.3 Processing Time. pg77 aims to process KYC submissions within two (2) business days. Players will be notified by email once their verification is approved or if additional documents are required.

4.4 Failure to Verify. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within thirty (30) days of a withdrawal request being raised — or that submit fraudulent or altered documentation — may be permanently closed and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-fraud policies.

5 Deposits

5.1 Accepted Methods. pg77 accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the pg77 Account.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by pg77, although individual banks and e-wallet providers may impose their own transaction limits.

5.3 Processing Time. Deposits made via local bank transfer and e-wallets are typically credited to the Player's Account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. pg77 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or scheduled maintenance windows.

5.4 Currency. All deposits are accepted and processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). pg77 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply foreign exchange conversion. Players must ensure their payment source is denominated in IDR.

5.5 Third-Party Funding. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to a third party — including family members — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed, and the Player's Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.6 No Deposit Fees. pg77 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer fees, for which pg77 assumes no responsibility.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Players may submit a withdrawal request once their Account has been fully verified (KYC completed), any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met, and the requested withdrawal amount does not exceed the Player's available balance.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.3 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and others) and verified e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are supported. Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts registered in the Player's own name.

6.4 Processing Time. pg77 targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes to two (2) hours for verified accounts during WIB business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for processing at the earliest opportunity. Actual receipt of funds may vary depending on the recipient bank's clearing schedule.

6.5 Withdrawal Limits. Standard accounts may withdraw up to Rp 50.000.000 per single transaction and up to Rp 200.000.000 per calendar day. Gold-tier loyalty members are subject to higher limits as communicated by their account manager. pg77 reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal requests.

6.6 Right to Withhold. pg77 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal where: a fraud investigation is ongoing; KYC documentation remains incomplete; a chargeback has been filed; or the withdrawal is believed to relate to prohibited activity as defined in Clause 9 of these Terms.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms. pg77 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to these General Bonus Terms as well as any specific terms published at the point of offer. In the event of conflict, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus amount — or winnings derived from bonus funds — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, and time limit will be clearly stated in the individual bonus offer.

7.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. pg77 reserves the right to restrict any bonus offer at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded from promotional communications, or whose accounts are under review, are not eligible to receive or claim bonuses during that period.

7.4 Abuse and Misuse. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using bonus funds to place opposing bets, or employing betting patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of any winnings derived therefrom, and potential suspension of the Account.

7.5 Seasonal Promotions. pg77 may run time-limited promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events and national occasions such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek). These promotions will carry their own specific terms and are available exclusively during the advertised promotional window.

7.6 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. pg77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus before any modification will not be retroactively affected, provided the original bonus terms are followed.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 General. All bets placed on pg77 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery), slots, or e-sports. Product-specific rules are published within the relevant game or betting market interface.

8.2 Bet Acceptance. A wager is considered accepted only when pg77's system has confirmed the bet and a unique bet reference number has been issued. pg77 reserves the right to decline any wager or to limit the maximum stake accepted from any Player without explanation.

8.3 Odds Errors. In the event that odds are published due to a technical error, feed failure, or human error at a level that is materially different from the true market price, pg77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players. This applies irrespective of whether the bet has been settled.

8.4 Live Betting. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time odds that may change rapidly. Once a bet has been confirmed and a reference number issued, the odds are locked for that wager. pg77 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without notice.

8.5 Mix Parlay Rules. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all individual legs to be settled as winners for the accumulator to pay out. If one or more legs are voided, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining legs. The minimum number of valid legs for a mix parlay to remain active is two (2).

8.6 Voor Bola. Voor bola (Asian handicap) betting markets on pg77 operate under standard Asian handicap rules. In the event of a push (where the handicap result is exactly neutral), the full stake is returned to the Player.

8.7 Togel Market Rules. All togel market results are determined by the official draw results from the relevant pool authority (SGP, HK, Sydney, Macau, Japan, or Taiwan). pg77 publishes results as soon as they are officially confirmed. Any dispute regarding draw results must be raised within twenty-four (24) hours of the result being published.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pg77 and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to register an Account for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund an Account;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) legislation;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures;
• Participating in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing or the corruption of any sporting event on which bets are placed;
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome by exploiting pricing discrepancies;
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic access controls;
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after having used the deposited funds to place wagers;
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without prior written consent from pg77.

10 Responsible Gaming

10.1 Commitment. pg77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for a minority of players, and we actively provide tools and resources to support those who need them.

10.2 Available Tools. Players may access the following responsible gaming tools through their Account settings or by contacting customer support:

11 Intellectual Property

11.1 Ownership. All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of pg77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 Limited Licence. pg77 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, republish, distribute, or sell any Platform content; scrape or data-mine the Platform; or frame the Platform within another website without prior written consent.

11.3 Third-Party Content. Game content provided by studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe is owned by and licensed from those respective studios. All rights in third-party content remain with the respective owners.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 No Warranty. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pg77 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform, the accuracy of any information contained therein, or the uninterrupted availability of the Platform.

12.2 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pg77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 Excluded Losses. pg77 shall not be liable for: loss of profits or revenue; loss of data; indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages; or any loss arising from interruption of service, technical failure, force majeure events, or acts of third-party payment processors.

12.4 Force Majeure. pg77 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond pg77's reasonable control, including natural disasters, telecommunications failure, government actions, cyber attacks, or power outages.

13 Privacy & Data

13.1 pg77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

13.2 pg77 will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory bodies solely to the extent necessary to provide the Services and comply with applicable legal obligations.

13.3 You consent to receiving transactional communications (account confirmations, withdrawal notifications, security alerts) by email and SMS. Marketing communications are opt-in and may be managed through your Account preferences at any time.

14 Amendments to These Terms

14.1 pg77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. 14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request a withdrawal of your available balance prior to the effective date.

14.3 The date at the top of this page ("Last Updated") reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

15 Termination

15.1 Termination by the Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting pg77 customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw any available balance. Once an Account is closed, pending bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

15.2 Termination by pg77. pg77 may suspend or terminate any Account immediately and without prior notice if: a material breach of these Terms has occurred; fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited activity is detected; pg77 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction; or it is determined that the Player was ineligible at the time of registration.

15.3 Survival. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law shall survive the termination of a Player's Account and continue to bind the parties.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

16.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pg77 is incorporated. Where conflicts arise between the applicable governing law and Indonesian consumer protection principles, pg77 commits to resolving such disputes in a manner that is fair and transparent to the Player.

16.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Players may contact pg77's customer support team to initiate this process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may seek resolution through binding arbitration.

16.3 Complaints. Formal complaints may be submitted in writing to [email protected]. pg77 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
